AFR-200 copper PTFE film wrapped insulation installation wire, 250V, 200℃
Product Details
AFR-200 copper PTFE film wrapped insulation installation wire, 250V, 200℃
AFR-200 small-section thin-walled PTFE film wrapped insulation installation wire, 250V, with long-term temperature resistance up to 200℃.
The AFR-200 small-section installation wire can be applied in electronic and electrical fields where the ambient or conductor temperature is within 200°C. It can also be used in systems with current overload or high mechanical pressure, and is particularly suitable for instruments and electronic devices with limited installation space and sensitive to weight.
The wire exhibits excellent flexibility, bending resistance, and shock resistance.
It can effectively resist the impact of high temperature from the soldering iron on the contraction and melting of the insulation layer during the soldering process.
The product utilizes high-purity precision copper wire as the conductor, boasting excellent conductivity and lower material costs

Product Features
● High breakdown voltage: PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation material boasts excellent electrical insulation properties and good arc resistance.
● High and low temperature resistance: The long-term use temperature range of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is -190 to +250℃, which does not affect its insulating properties. It has good low-temperature flexibility and can withstand short-term high temperatures up to 300℃. It possesses non-combustible characteristics and will self-extinguish once removed from a flame.
● Excellent chemical resistance: Superior corrosion resistance: PTFE is almost insoluble in any solvent, and only reacts with very few chemicals, such as molten alkali metals, hydroxides, elemental fluorine, strong fluorinating agents - OF2, ClF3, etc., exhibiting superior corrosion resistance.
● Excellent weather resistance: PTFE does not absorb moisture, is non-flammable, and is extremely stable to oxygen and ultraviolet rays, thus exhibiting excellent weather resistance
